Our 30-day trial period gives you the opportunity to try out the violin. If you are not completely satisfied, return or send the violin back. After we have received the violin in the same condition as we sold it, you will receive the full purchase amount back within 14 days.

At ForteViolen, it is possible to trade in the children's violin you previously purchased from us. This is convenient if you are ready for a larger violin. You receive 100% of the original price as a trade-in discount on your new violin. We only charge for the cost of fitting new strings.

Instruments with a purchase price of up to €2,000 can also be sent by post. We ensure that the violin is shipped safely packed and accept responsibility for any damage or loss that occurs during transport to you.
