German quality violin, ca. 1960
Beautiful quality violin made around 1960 in a workshop in Markneukirchen. The carefully selected tone wood is of excellent quality. The one-piece flamed maple has a deep, intriguing flame that is accentuated by the rich, transparent orange-brown lacquer on a gold base. The shape of the violin, which is reminiscent of the Hopf model, is stylish with a deep cannelure in the edges of the top. The high quality is also reflected in the scroll, purfling and F-holes. This recommended and high-quality German violin is in very good condition. The warm, clear sound is beautiful and rich in overtones, with some sweetness in the higher tones.
Body length: 36.0 cm | String length: 32.5 cm
Sound characteristics: open, refined, sweet
Rental price: 22 euros per month
